What is VakaCloud?
Operations software for early childhood education
VakaCloud is a daycare management software developed in Inari in collaboration with daycares. It handles attendance logs, staffing levels, care hours, early childhood education plans and communication all in the same program.
Software
Care hours, messaging and child records
Guardians book care hours. Completed hours are displayed against the agreement. Announcements, photos and the child's early learning plan are all in the same view, without a separate messaging app.
Täppi
Attendance with an RFID tag
Children and staff check in and out using a Täppi tag. A phone acts as the reader, so no separate installation is required. Täppi is manufactured in Finland.
