Attendance and Täppi
In the hallway, children and staff log their arrival and departure using the Täpppi tag. Those present are updated without manual recording.
Täppi is a Finnish tag. Any phone acts as the reader. No separate device installation is required.
Staffing ratios
Shift planning shows whether the staffing ratio is met. Overruns are easier to see in advance when attendance and shifts sit in the same view.
When attendance and shifts sit in the same place, admin takes less time. Directors have saved up to 5 hours a week.
Vasu and portfolio
Each child’s early childhood education plan and portfolio stay with everyday work.

Information security
VakaCloud is Finnish and built in Inari. Data and servers stay in EU. Processing follows GDPR.
